Returns
Unfortunately, Lux-Pack cannot accept returns on any custom
color, lined or decorated items. Stock items may be returned
with a 20% restocking fee, provided that all return conditions
are met. Please contact us for details. |

Shipping
All shipments must be scheduled the day prior
to shipping so that a dock appointment can be allocated. Please notify us if you cannot make
your scheduled pickup time. All goods will be
shipped freight collect or third party billing, with
no additional freight charges. Do let us know of
any special shipping requirements you have and
we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Damages
Though our customers report very few damages,
you should always check your order carefully before signing the paperwork. As title and possession of
goods passes to buyer upon receipt of carrier, any
